Coolest app ever
Ive been using this app for the past two hurricane seasons and it continues to be a reliable resource to track storm paths. The predictions have been accurate and I recommend subscribing to get layering and extended forecasts. Five stars from Hawaii!
App has an incredible amount of information. It takes a little bit of playing with the settings to figure out its full potential, though.
by in App purchases and ADS!
I always use this app to check weather patterns and precipitation. I would highly recommend this app.
Great to see the weather patterns thanks!
Fantastic to show the weather
Updated app results in slow map resolution and data download stopping at Day 2. Premium user by the way
I fly a jet and I use the App for flight planning especially the winds feature
Its beautiful always correct
Love love love this app, a 5 star all around, and didnt mind the 5 second Google commercial, well worth enduring, until I discovered that the commercial comes with a loud vocal narrative - that overrides the iPad being on mute. So, if youre checking the weather in a quiet zone, and dont want to be rude, forget about it - you were just very, very rude to all around you or if its early in the morning, youve just woken up the house. Cheeky? Not likely to respond to an advert like that, more likely, annoyed.
One of the best apps you should get & tell others-ideal learning app-easy to digests and great great information you can use
I use this app almost everyday and it is very accurate.
The MeteoEarth app is pure gold -- never seen anything like it before. Since the app presents data in an animated form (as long as you press the "play" ( ">" ) icon first!) it gives you an almost god-like perspective as to "whats going on", whether all over the planet or right down to a single locale. Turn the temperature display on or off; turn the wind display on or off; turn the air-pressure display on or off; turn the cloud-cover display on or off; turn the precipitation display on or off -- either singly or in any combination -- and just watch what happens! If youre really curious, start the "tropical storm" display as well, and youll be able to see the behavior of all the tropical storms and hurricanes roaring around the planet too. (For this youll need to pay a little extra) Be sure you try spreading two fingers outward from the center to home in on a small area (a single city, for example) or alternatively, try pinching inward with two fingers to gain a farther and farther out perspective. Drag left, right, up or down with a fingertip and youll see the Earth turn to satisfy your curiosity. Add a bunch of cities of interest with the "+" icon, and youll be able to see how the dance of nature is expected to progress all over the place throughout a single day for free (or for a full FIVE days out if you can spare a couple of bucks for that extended capability). You can watch the light of day or the dark of night play across surface of the planet as the Earth turns. You can even let the app show you the city lights coming on at night all over the globe . . . This thing is absolutely incredible! Whether youre a geeky-scientist type interested in seeing what "big data" can do, or simply a pedestrian whos curious about how the world works, this app is for you. I couldnt possibly recommend it more highly to anyone!
With the premium annual fee, I use the 5 day forecast because I travel alot. This app has helped me determine when to make the drive to my destination especially when a snowstorm is moving into my area or my destination. I recommend it for frequent travelers. Use the jetstream part of it to determine the path of the storms.
This is a really great app. Its interesting and it is accurate.
Excellent program and has a great benefit
The global pinch and zoom visuals are just mindblowingly well done. This is a favorite on my phone and Apple TV.
I have been using it for years, wont go without it...
