A commercial with SOUND, that overrides iPad being on mute?

Love love love this app, a 5 star all around, and didnt mind the 5 second Google commercial, well worth enduring, until I discovered that the commercial comes with a loud vocal narrative - that overrides the iPad being on mute. So, if youre checking the weather in a quiet zone, and dont want to be rude, forget about it - you were just very, very rude to all around you or if its early in the morning, youve just woken up the house.

Cheeky? Not likely to respond to an advert like that, more likely, annoyed.
